DEFINITIONS 

The following terms will have the following meanings:

“AppWizard”, or “Application” means the software product designed to download and install programs on a personal computer.

“You” or “End-User” means the individual owner or user of the personal computer using the Application for its designated purpose.

“Personal information” means the information that is associated with End-User’s name or personal identity or other information that could reasonably be used to identify You personally such as your e-mail address, mobile number, etc.

“Non-personal information” means data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity information including, but not limited to, information that End-User’s computer and browser send automatically while browsing AppWizard web-site and using AppWizard application.

COLLECTED INFORMATION

This Privacy Policy covers personal information, non-personal data collection and aggregate reporting. 

Application does not collect or use personal data for any purpose. AppWizard will not sell, rent or lease your personal or any other data obtained as a result of your use of Application to third parties.

Application collect and analyze non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use the AppWizard website, Application or how users interact with AppWizard’s products.

Technical data and information about operating systems can be used by software developers in a form that excludes personal identification of the End-User, in order to improve the quality and stability of Application and develop its new functions and services, as well as to improve products and introduce new features and technologies.

USAGE OF INFORMATION

Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about AppWizard website usability, performance and effectiveness. End-User’s personal data is not used.

AppWizard are committed to protecting the information you provide. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, AppWizard have in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information AppWizard collect.

AppWizard takes care of childrens safety. Due to the fact that the services are not intended for use by certain age groups of users, AppWizard does not provide services to persons under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor under the age of eighteen (18) years of age and have information that he or she is using AppWizard, you are fully responsible for the minor to receive any information and for all his actions related to the Application.

UPDATES

The current Privacy Policy is the official document provided by the Administration. The actual edition is available on the Internet at web address http://appwizard.ru/privacy. 

Application may update this Privacy Policy from time to time indicating the date of update. For example, if AppWizard offer a new type of product or service that collects different types of information, AppWizard might outline use of that information here.
